This was my chance to get photos of my very last pregnancy! Yes three is perfect for our little family! Holly captured our family perfectly and I will cherish these images forever! These are images of Point Peron in Rockingham.
As a mum of three, I know how quickly these moments of life pass. That’s why my approach is relaxed and heartfelt, focusing on connection and emotion rather than stiff poses. "My photograph is a testament to the silent suffering of our native animals, whose homes are being destroyed to make way for human habitation.
I seek to capture the delicate balance between human expansion and our Country. The relentless demand for housing in Australia is encroaching upon our precious bushland, leading to a devastating impact on native wildlife habitats. Through my lens, I document the stark contrast between sprawling urban development and the remnants of untouched nature, highlighting the urgent need to address this environmental crisis.
Through my image, I hope to inspire a deeper connection with the environment and a commitment to preserving the fragile ecosystems that sustain us all. Let us not forget that our future is inextricably linked with the health of the planet we inhabit."
